The
Gellinger's home was built by America's Home Place, the
nation's #1 On-Your-Lot Custom Home Builders. The home has
been built for sale by the company and it had everything
the Gellingers were looking for.

Owen
Glen's official first residents, Mr. & Mrs. Arthur Delpup,
have been living in Owen Glen for just a few weeks. The
Delpup's chose America's Home Place to build a duplicate
of the Owen Glen model home and expand the garage. The spacious

"I
never had a garage in 27 years in New York before moving
to Owen Glen," said Mr. Delpup. "I was determined

Mrs.
JoAnne Delpup is an avid gardener who typically cultivated
1000 plants in the New York springtime. She looks with enthusiasm

at Owen Glen.
Like
many new home owners in this new age of technology, the
Delpup's found Owen Glen on the internet. They were looking
for a place to retire, arranged to visit on a Discovery
Tour and found that Owen Glen had everything they wanted.
"We
fish and play golf, the taxes here are lower than New York,
and we can get easily to everything we need in Blairsville
and Murphy. It's perfect."
"We
didn't know anyone when we moved here," said Mr. Delpup,
"but the people couldn't be friendlier. This is now
home."
Mr. Aaron Holb and his wife Rhonda will be Owen Glen's third
residents when they move into their new home this summer.
The Holb's, who are from Ohio, purchased two home sites
and placed their expansive custom, home in the center.

At
the heart of the community is Old Union golf course, a 7,667-yard
